电力遥视系统综合利用了视频技术、计算机技术、通信技术和网络技术,将变电站内拍摄的视频图像远距离传输到主站,实现无人值守。文章结合视频压缩技术和画面分割技术等一系列新技术,介绍了一种变电站遥视系统的设计,提出了系统总体构架。设计系统通信层,通过局域网基于TCP/IP数据网的数据传输,采用TCP/IP组播技术分发信息,减少整个网络带宽的需求,主站监控人员能够实时检测到本地的各种信息。并将所设计系统应用于某一变电站,经实际应用证明该系统可靠性高,可增强电力系统安全性,降低系统运行的成本。
Power remote video system integrated use of video technology, computer technology, communications technology and network technology, the video images taken in the substation long-distance transmission to the main station, to achieve unattended. In this paper, a series of new technologies, such as video compression and picture segmentation, are introduced in this paper. The design of a substation remote system is introduced and the overall architecture of the system is presented. Designing the system communication layer, using TCP / IP multicast technology to distribute information through LAN based on TCP / IP data network, reducing the demand of the entire network bandwidth, the master station monitoring personnel can detect all kinds of local information in real time. The designed system is applied to a substation. The practical application shows that the system has high reliability, which can enhance the power system security and reduce the cost of system operation.
