采用E-44环氧树脂与2-重氮-1-萘醌-5-磺酰氯在丙酮介质中通过酯化反应制得带有感光基团的环氧树脂.采用半自动曝光机,三次元测量机,金相显微镜及红外光谱表征了改性E-44树脂的结构,研究了4种固化剂(均苯四甲酸酐,二氰二胺,4,4-二氨基二苯胺及2123型酚醛树脂)和不同曝光能量对E-44改性树脂感光性的影响.结果表明:固化剂选用2123型酚醛树脂,曝光能量为400 m.l/cm2时获得了清晰的线路图像.“,”The photosensitive group containing epoxy resins were prepared by the esterification of E-44 epoxy resin and 2-diazo-1-naphthoquinone-5-sulfonyl chloride in acetone medium.The structure of modified E-44 resin was characterized and the effects of four curing agents (pyromellitic dianhydride,dicyandiamide,4,4-aminodiphenylamine and 2123-type phenol resin) and different exposure energies on the photosensitive properties of modified E-44 resin were investigated by the semi-automatic exposure machine,coordinate measuring machine,metallurgical microscope and infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the clear line images were obtained using 2123-type phenol resin as curing agent and the exposure energy 400 mJ/cm2.
