医院人事档案资源管理是医院管理的一个重要方面,伴随着计算机技术和信息技术的发展,很多医院的人事档案资源管理已经开始步入信息化管理阶段,这种信息化管理相比于传统的人事档案管理具有非常明显的优越性。本文首先阐述了人事档案信息化管理的优势,继而分析了应用人事档案信息化管理所需要注意的几点要求。
Hospital personnel file resource management is an important aspect of hospital management. Along with the development of computer technology and information technology, the personnel file resource management in many hospitals has begun to enter the information management stage.
