近年来,笔者所在镇着力在“建、配、管、用、研、培、考、效”诸方面抓好实验室装备工作,注重中小学实验室装备的服务管理,有效地改善了学区办学条件,为实现学区教育的均衡、优质、可持续发展做了必要的探索。下面,笔者将具体做法介绍如下,仅供参考。一、提高思想认识,完善实验室器材配备器材配备是实验教学链条的第一环节,而农村学校的问题往往集中表现在配备滞后。其原因有二:一是思想观念更新不够,普遍存在着重“一室(教室)”轻“二室(实验室、设备室)”问题。二是配套资金紧张,教育经费的重点是保基本运作和保教师工资,造成实验装备专项投入不足。笔者所在镇地处经济相
