端面开槽机械密封是为适应高参数工况和追求长寿命而开发的一种新型密封,而径向直线槽机械密封具有能可正反向旋转的特性,受到密封研究者的重视.本文用有限差分数值方法研究了该类机械密封用于气相时端面间的压力分布,发现端面的压力分布沿径向和周向均有变化,属于两维压力分布问题.并指出径向直线槽能产生足够的流体动压力而实现端面的非接触.
The faceted slotted mechanical seal is a new type of seal developed to meet the high parameter conditions and the pursuit of long life. However, the radial straight slot mechanical seal has the feature of being able to rotate in both the forward and reverse directions. In this paper, the finite difference numerical method was used to study the pressure distribution between the end faces of the mechanical seal used in the gas phase. It was found that the pressure distribution in the end face varied along both the radial and the circumferential directions, which was a two-dimensional pressure distribution problem. And pointed out that the radial straight groove can generate enough hydrodynamic pressure to achieve non-contact of the end face.
