大家知道,为了使设计和生产的各种机械设备保证耐用性和使用的可靠性,在设计过程中要对疲劳裂纹的萌生和扩展进行预测。为此,人们必须事先了解所设计的部件预定施加的载荷量的大小和负载循环数,及产品使用条件下的温度和腐蚀环境。此外,为了测定是否产生疲劳或断裂,还必须了解材料在使用条件下的性能,而准确地预测使用寿命则取决于对材料性能和使用条件的事先确定的能力。
As we all know, in order to design and produce a variety of mechanical equipment to ensure durability and reliability of the use of fatigue crack initiation and expansion in the design process to be predicted.
