引言核磁共振实验中有很多数据能够从样品变温中得到。高温能用于减少大分子波谱中的偶极子(dipolar)的加宽,降低粘度和改善溶解度。低温则用于隔离非稳态或易转换的基团。
Introduction Many data from NMR experiments can be obtained from the sample temperature. High temperatures can be used to reduce dipolar dipoles in the macromolecular spectrum, reduce viscosity and improve solubility. Low temperature is used to isolate unsteady or easily converted groups.
