随着科学技术的发展,人们在注重工程机械整机质量的同时对操纵舒适性的要求也在不断提高。以3t装载机整机振动偏大和发动机地脚螺栓断裂为例,简要说明减振器在使用安装过程中的注意事项,并且针对发动机地脚螺栓断裂问题,从减振器安装与减振器自身参数等两个方面进行了详细的论述,确定了改进方案,并对发动机的支撑进行了改装。改装后的测试结果和批量改装后的实践表明:4个支承的隔振率在各个方向上均有很大程度的提高,整机的振动明显降低。
