目的:优选蜣螂壳聚糖膜的制备工艺。方法:以力学性能、透湿性、溶胀性、耐酸性为指标,采用单因素试验考察溶剂(乙酸)、脱膜剂(氢氧化钠)、增塑剂(甘油)、壳聚糖质量分数及干燥条件等因素对壳聚糖成膜的影响。结果:优选的制备工艺为2%乙酸,2%壳聚糖,2%氢氧化钠,脱膜时间2 h,5%甘油,成膜干燥温度40℃;制成的壳聚糖膜外观透明,厚薄均匀,透湿性小,具备一定的耐酸性,机械性能及综合性能良好。结论:该工艺稳定可行,为壳聚糖的药用包衣及工业化成膜提供参考。
Objective: To optimize the preparation process of chitosan film. Methods: The mechanical properties, moisture permeability, swellability and acid resistance were taken as indexes to investigate the effects of solvent (acetic acid), mold release agent (sodium hydroxide), plasticizer (glycerol), chitosan mass fraction and drying Conditions and other factors on the chitosan film. Results: The best preparation technology was 2% acetic acid, 2% chitosan, 2% sodium hydroxide, 2 h removal time, 5% glycerol and drying temperature of 40 ℃. The appearance of the prepared chitosan membrane was transparent, Uniform thickness, small moisture permeability, with a certain degree of acid resistance, mechanical properties and good overall performance. Conclusion: The process is stable and feasible, providing a reference for the medical coating and industrialization of chitosan.
