前言三岁以下婴幼儿童是正在生长发育时期,抵抗力低下,特别是新生儿免疫器官发育不完善,反应力低,是一个比较敏感的人群。对他们死因的研究分析,不仅能全面了解和评价婴幼儿童健康状况,而且也是衡量社会卫生医疗状况的综合指标之一。并为今后改进和提高婴幼儿童卫生工作和妇幼卫生保健工作提供科学依据。为此,我们对我市死因报告资料中三岁以下婴幼儿童死因资料进行了统计整理分析如下。
