采通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法及数理统计法等研究方法,从心理健康的积极方面探讨高校高水平运动员心理健康的结构特点,构建高校高水平运动员心理健康模型,在此基础上编制并检验量表,结果显示:问卷有目标与方向感、掌控环境、调控情绪、自我接纳、胜任感、自主性、自我表现7个维度;内部一致性信度和重测信度较高;结构效度的各项指数符合心理学拟合标准;收敛效度可以接受。结论 :这7个维度能够很好地解释高校高水平运动员心理健康模型;经信效度检验,该模型内在质量理想,量表符合心理测量学要求,可以作为评价高校高水平运动员心理健康的有效工具。
Based on the literature review, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper explores the structural features of mental health of high-level athletes in colleges and universities from the positive aspects of mental health, and builds the mental health model of high-level athletes in colleges and universities The questionnaire has seven dimensions: goal and direction, control of environment, regulation and control of emotions, self-acceptance, competence, autonomy and self-expression. The internal consistency reliability and test-retest reliability are high. The structural validity of the index in line with the psychological fit standard; convergence validity can be accepted. Conclusion: These seven dimensions can well explain the psychological health model of high-level athletes in colleges and universities. According to the reliability and validity test, the intrinsic quality of the model is satisfactory and the scale meets the requirements of psychometrics, which can be used to evaluate the mental health of high-level athletes in colleges and universities tool.
