案例:某小区的物业管理公司为了保证小区的安全,未与业主商议便擅自禁止出租车进入该小区。2008年4月某日,该小区的居民张女士从超市购得两箱植物油,当她乘坐出租车行至小区门口时被保安拦住。由于两箱植物油很重且张女士的住宅楼离小区门口很远,张女士便与保安商量,希望能够让出租车进入小区。但保安以物业公司明令禁止出租车进入小区为由拒绝张女士的请求。
Case: A residential property management company in order to ensure the safety of the community, without consultation with the owner will be prohibited from entering the district taxi.
