我室用CO_2激光共治疗尖锐湿疣44例,经过随访取得了满意的效果。现报告如下。 临床资料 病例均系门诊患者。44例中随访41例,男20例,女21例。年龄21～62岁。21～25岁14例,25～30岁15例,30～40岁8例,40～62岁4例。其中21～40岁已婚39例。未婚2例,但有性生活史,部分有性乱行为。女性发生在大、小阴唇15例,阴道壁4例,尿道口2例;男性发生在阴茎14例,龟头2例,尿道口1例,肛门3例。20例经病检证实。
My room with CO_2 laser co-treatment of genital warts in 44 cases, after a satisfactory follow-up results. The report is as follows. Clinical data cases were outpatients. Forty-four patients were followed up for 41 cases, 20 males and 21 females. Age 21 ~ 62 years old. 14 cases were 21 ~ 25 years old, 15 cases were 25 ~ 30 years old, 8 cases were 30 ~ 40 years old and 4 cases were 40 ~ 62 years old. Of which 21 to 40-year-old married 39 cases. 2 unmarried, but sexual history, some sexual chaos. Female occurred in large and labia minora in 15 cases, 4 cases of vaginal wall, urethra in 2 cases; male in the penis in 14 cases, 2 cases of glans, urethra in 1 case, anus in 3 cases. 20 cases confirmed by the disease.
