中国园艺学会第六届第二次理事暨各省(市、自治区)园艺学会秘书长会议于1991年9月17—20日在天津隆重召开。出席会议的有本届理事、各省(市、自治区)园艺学会秘书长、青年优秀科技论文获奖者代表及特邀代表共104人。会议收到各地园艺学会交流材料18份。中国科协组织人事部及天津市有关领导到会指导并祝贺。 会议分别由李树德、陈俊愉、王汝谦、陈有民同志主持,相重扬理事长致开幕词,名誉理事长沈隽教授在会上讲了话。通过与会者的共同努力,会议圆满完成了预定任务。叶荫民同志传达了中国科协“四大”会议精神;朱德蔚秘书长汇报了第六届理事会近两年的工作情况;会议确定了补选叶荫民和吴定华两位同志为副理事长、增补张启翔和孙小武两位青年同志为理事;各地园艺学会秘书长互相通报了工作情况,交流了经验;参加1990年第23届国际园艺大会的中国园艺学会代表团成员介绍了大会情况并作了学术报告;
The second meeting of the sixth horticultural society of China and the meeting of provincial secretary generals of horticultural society of provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) was held in Tianjin from September 17 to September 20, 1991. Present at the meeting are 104 members, including the current director, the secretary-general of the horticultural society of all provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions), the winners and representatives of the outstanding scientific papers of the youth. The meeting received around 18 horticultural exchange materials. China Association for science and technology organization personnel department and relevant leaders of Tianjin will guide and congratulate. The meeting was chaired by Li Shude, Chen Junyu, Wang Ruqian and Chen Youmin respectively. The opening speech was made by the chairman of the Board of Directors Xiang Yang and the honorary chairman Professor Shen Jun made a speech at the meeting. Through the joint efforts of the participants, the meeting successfully completed the scheduled task. Comrade Ye Yinmin conveyed the spirit of the “Big Four” conference of the China Association for Science and Technology; the Secretary-General Zhu Dewei reported on the work of the sixth council for the past two years; the meeting confirmed that the two candidates, Yeh Yinmin and Wu Dinghua, And Sun Xiaowu two young gay members as the governing body; the secretary-generals of the horticultural societies all over the country briefed each other about their work and exchanged their experiences; the members of the delegation of the Chinese Society of Horticulture attending the 23rd International Horticultural Congress in 1990 introduced the conference and gave academic reports;
