家长是教育的第一责任人,在养育孩子的过程中最有可能实现“一致性”。家长努力培养孩子的行为背后所孕育的教育价值观,与今天的教育系统所倡导的教育核心价值是完全吻合的。教师和家长应该成为通力合作的双方,因为大家的目标一致,而不是对立,不应该总想着要通过压倒对方来执行自己的教育方式。如果有更多的家长都持有相同的价值观,教育变革的速度必将大大加快。从这个意义上来看,不同教育观念和教育行为之间的碰撞,不是一件坏事,很有可能促进教育的进一步觉醒和转型。教育意味着一棵树摇动另一棵树,一朵云推动另一
