目的:分析2010年天津市汉族学生身高标准体重状况分布,了解天津市在校学生的营养状况。方法:利用2000年制定的《儿童青少年身高标准体重筛查标准》,提取2010年全国学生体质测试数据,分析天津市6~22岁汉族学生的营养不良、低体重、正常、超重、肥胖的分布情况。结果:城、乡、男、女汉族学生在各阶段均出现肥胖和超重的现象。城市和乡村当中学生肥胖问题依然突出,在青春早期发育阶段城市男生的肥胖检出率高达37.4%,小学和初中阶段是肥胖和超重的高发人群,应该科学安排体育锻炼和营养搭配;同时在各个年龄段均出现营养不良的检出率。原因是天津市学生的膳食营养摄入不能满足生长需要,不良的饮食习惯和不健康的生活方式也是原因之一。结论:天津市应将防治肥胖作为今后学生营养监控工作的重点。同时,教育主管部门和各级学校要指导学生进行锻炼和饮食营养搭配,要加强对学生营养不良的监控,保证天津市学生体态向“均匀型”转变发展,在居民中普及全民营养健康教育。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the distribution of height standard weight status of Han students in Tianjin in 2010 to understand the nutritional status of students in Tianjin. Conclusion: Tianjin should take prevention and treatment of obesity as the focus of future student nutrition monitoring.
