我院自1992年起采用精制蝮蛇抗栓酶和血辐射(又称血液光量子疗法)联合治疗脑梗塞,取得较好的疗效,现报告如下。1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料:本组选择本院脑梗塞病人共68例,全部经头颅CT证实诊断,其中男42例,女26例,男、女之比1.62:1,年龄最小44岁,最大86岁,平均年龄64.2岁,病程最短6小时,最长11年。1.2 病程分期:急性期:自发病日起1个月以内者,计24例。恢复期:病后1个月至1年以内者,计22
