本文结合工程实例,介绍了高层住宅楼钻孔注桩后压浆的施工工艺及工程后压浆的经济与技术分析,表明了后压浆对提高单桩承载力以及减少基础沉降具有明显的优势。
Based on the engineering examples, this paper introduces the construction technology of post-grouting grouting in high-rise residential buildings and the economic and technical analysis of post-construction grouting. It shows that the post grouting has obvious advantages in improving the bearing capacity of single pile and reducing the foundation settlement .
