1990年11月19～22日,水利部在北京召开了全国水文系统先进集体和先进个人表彰大会。大会表彰的先进集体140个、先进个人145人(受奖单位和个人见光荣榜)。出席这次大会的有六大流域机构,30个省、市、自治区水利厅(局)的水文部门,有关水利院校、科研部门和水文仪器厂等42个单位的代表共90余人。水利部党组特邀原水电部副部长、国务院三峡地区经济开发办公室主任李伯宁同志和原水电部水文局局长
From November 19 to November 1990, the Ministry of Water Resources held a commendation ceremony for advanced collectives and individuals in the country’s hydrological system in Beijing. The congress honored 140 advanced collectives and 145 advanced individuals (honored list of award-winning units and individuals). Attendance at the conference included a total of more than 90 representatives from 42 institutions including water resources departments, water conservancy institutions, scientific research departments and hydrological instrument factories in six river basin agencies, hydrology departments of 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. Ministry of Water Resources Party invited the former Deputy Minister of Water and Electricity, the State Council Three Gorges Regional Economic Development Office Director Comrade Li Boning and former Hydropower Secretary of the Ministry of Water Resources
