企业传播是专门面向各类企业培养复合型、应用型传播人才的新兴专业方向,由中国传媒大学南广学院于2009年创办的。该专业方向从创建之初,就完全依照企业与传播相关工作岗位的职能设置和职业能力要求进行专业定位和课程体系建设,在课程教学内容和教学方法上也一直在思考和探索。从该专业方向教什么和怎么教两个方面进行了阐述,提出应以职业能力为导向设置课程内容,并综合运用系统化教学、参与式教学、五感教学等教学方法提升教学效果。
Corporate Communications is specifically for all types of enterprises to develop complex, application-oriented professionals in the emerging new direction, by the Communication University of China South Canton College in 2009 founded. The professional direction from the beginning of creation, in full accordance with the functions of enterprises and communication-related job settings and professional ability requirements for professional positioning and curriculum system construction, teaching content and teaching methods have also been thinking and exploration. From the professional direction to teach what and how to teach two aspects were described, and should be based on professional ability to set the course content, and the integrated use of systematic teaching, participatory teaching, five sense of teaching and other teaching methods to enhance teaching effectiveness.
