针对顶板事故高发的煤矿开采安全形势,对煤矿顶板的动态参数实现连续的在线监测和分析是现代化矿井发展的必然趋势。顶板安全监测系统包含了对采场支护、围岩动态、围岩应力和巷道支护应力等内容。本系统硬件设计采用多级总线实现了对多采区工作面多元参数在线测量,通过监测服务器和计算机组成的数据分析处理系统可实现采场顶板安全综合分析和预测预警。
In view of the safety situation of coal mining with high roof accidents, continuous on-line monitoring and analysis of the dynamic parameters of the roof of coal mines is the inevitable trend of the development of modern mines. Roof safety monitoring system includes the support of stope, rock dynamics, surrounding rock stress and roadway support stress and so on. The hardware design of the system uses multi-level bus to realize the on-line measurement of multivariate parameters of multiple mining face, and the data analysis and processing system composed of monitoring server and computer can realize the comprehensive analysis of roof safety and prediction and warning.
