1987年以来,对我市2196例妊娠80天以内的小月份人工流产手术后放置TCu 220 C型宫内节育器(IUD),并于置器满12个月时进行了随访观察,总结报告如下。材料与方法一、对象凡在我站做人工流产手术,自愿同时放置IUD,又无禁忌症且流产过程正常,术后宫腔深度不超过11.5cm者,均予放置天津产TCu 220 C型IUD。每例登记一份完整手术记录单,详细记录受术者姓名、单位、年龄、本次流产次数、妊娠时间、术前有关检查、受术者产生主客观状况、术前后宫腔深度,然后分类存放。二、放置方法人工流产术后即时放置IUD。放置前调整定位
