IC Insights最近的报告指出,2003年DRAM厂商资本支出领先其他半导体产品资本支出。DRAM大厂三星(Samsung)、尔必达(Elpida)公司都表示将加大资本支出。报告说,除三星电子、尔必达公司外,美光(Microm)、英飞菱(Infineon)公司在2003年资本预算也各比上一年增加26%和18～20%。
A recent report by IC Insights points out that in 2003 DRAM makers’ capital expenditures were ahead of other semiconductor product capital expenditures. DRAM makers Samsung and Elpida have all said they will step up their capital spending. The report said that in addition to Samsung Electronics and Elpida, the capital budgets of Microm and Infineon increased by 26% and 18-20% respectively from the previous year in 2003.
