转录因子7类似物2是糖耐量异常患者的易感基因之一,常见单核苷酸多态性位点为rs12255372和rs7903146,其变异型主要通过GLP-1信号途径降低胰岛素分泌。过多摄入热量可使转录因子7类似物2变异型加重β细胞功能损害,促进糖耐量异常向2型糖尿病转化,因此给予相应的生活方式干预对预防或延缓向2型糖尿病的转化可能具有一定的作用,但其具体的分子生物学机制尚未明确。
Transcription factor 7 analog 2 is one of the susceptibility genes in patients with impaired glucose tolerance. The common SNPs are rs12255372 and rs7903146, whose variants mainly reduce insulin secretion through the GLP-1 signaling pathway. Excessive ingestion of heat can make the Transcription Factor 7 Analogue 2 variant aggravate beta-cell dysfunction and promote the conversion of impaired glucose tolerance to type 2 diabetes, thus providing life-style interventions that may have the effect of preventing or delaying the conversion to Type 2 diabetes A certain role, but its specific molecular biology mechanism is not yet clear.
