目的:探讨早期给予优甲乐治疗早产儿暂时性甲状腺功能低下对其生长发育的益处。方法:选择因早产儿暂时性甲状腺功能低下患儿120例,按年龄3周为一层次、体重0.5 kg为一层次、胎龄3周为一层次分为治疗组(给予优甲乐治疗)60例和观察组(未给予优甲乐治疗)60例。观察治愈后6个月两组早产儿身长、体重、头围,并对两组早产儿进行智力发育指数(MDI)及运动发育指数(PDI)评价。结果:治疗组早产儿经优甲乐治疗甲状腺素水平升至正常6个月后身高、体重、头围生长落后发生率分别为6.7%、10.0%、8.3%均比观察组15.0%、16.7%、16.7%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组早产儿MDI、PDI>90的分别为85.0%、81.7%均比观察组65.0%、60.0%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期给予优甲乐治疗早产儿暂时性甲状腺功能低下对其生长发育具有明显的益处。
Objective: To explore the benefits of early giving Euthyrox for the treatment of premature infants with transient hypothyroidism. Methods: One hundred and twenty children with transient hypothyroidism under preterm infants were selected and divided into three groups according to their ages of 3 weeks and 0.5kg of body weight respectively. One group with gestational age of 3 weeks was divided into treatment group (treated with Euthyrox) 60 Cases and observation group (not given Euthyrox therapy) 60 cases. The body length, body weight and head circumference of preterm infants in both groups were observed 6 months after the cure. The mental development index (MDI) and motor development index (PDI) of the two groups were evaluated. Results: The incidences of height, weight and head circumference growth were 6.7%, 10.0% and 8.3% respectively in the treatment group after treatment with etomyl for 6 months and 15.0% and 16.7% respectively in the observation group. , 16.7% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The MDI and PDI> 90 in the treatment group were 85.0% and 81.7% respectively, which were higher than the observation group 65.0% and 60.0% P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Early administration of Euthyrox in treatment of transient hypothyroidism in preterm infants has significant benefit on the growth and development of preterm infants.
