本文主要评述固态微波器件在民用卫星通信地球站中的应用,分别介绍了低噪声放大器在小型地球(?)中的应用、Intelsat标准地球站中的50K高性能场放、Inteisat-V亏卫星14/12GHz地球站采用的高性能12GHz低噪声场放以及准毫米波段固定卫星地球站所用的低噪声放大器;同时,简述了高功率放大器在地球站中的应用现状和发展前景.最后,给出了结论和展望.
This paper mainly reviews the application of solid-state microwave devices in civil satellite communication earth stations.
