作为实践育人重要抓手的学生社团,在学生教育、管理方面的作用日趋突出,是高职院校人才培养不可或缺的力量。近年来的快速发展让高职院校学生社团工作暴露出很多问题。因此,本文通过深入分析高职院校学生社团现阶段特点和存在的问题,积极探索切实可行的学生社团管理运行机制,在推动高职院校学生社团健康持续发展建设方面起到一定的理论和实践意义。
As an important starting point for the practice of educating students, student associations play an increasingly prominent role in student education and management. They are indispensable forces in the training of higher vocational colleges. In recent years, the rapid development of vocational college student community exposed many problems.
