The Beijing Regional Collage of Traumatic Ballistics Studies, which is composed of two military academy of sciences, 208 electromechanical institutes and the trauma surgery center of PLA, was set up in Beijing on December 23, 1989. Wu Dongshan, deputy director general of Science and Technology Department of Ministry of Health, will address and congratulate him.
