目的探讨螺旋CT后处理技术对复杂部位骨转移的诊断价值。材料与方法45例骨转移患者行MSCT扫描后作图像后处理重建,得到扫描部位的MPR、MIP、SSD、VRT图像。结果后处理重建图像从不同的角度、层次显示出全部45例患者骨转移病灶,27例39处转移灶DR片均未能显示,18例56处病灶DR片能显示24处。MPR准确显示骨转移灶及其软组织样肿瘤组织;MIP能显示转移骨及与邻骨的整体,但无立体感;SSD及VRT多角度、立体显示骨转移肿瘤及与周围解剖关系,VRT显示转移骨细微结构优于SSD。结论16层螺旋CT各种后处理技术综合应用诊断复杂部位骨转移瘤明显优于DR照片及常规CT轴扫,以MPR加VRT为最佳;它能立体、全面、准确地诊断骨转移瘤,对临床治疗方案及定位设计的选择有非常重要的价值。
Objective To investigate the value of spiral CT post-processing in the diagnosis of bone metastases in complex sites. Materials and Methods Forty-five patients with bone metastases underwent MSCT scan and image reconstruction. The images of MPR, MIP, SSD and VRT were obtained. Results The post-processing and reconstructed images showed all 45 cases of bone metastases from different angles and levels. None of the 27 cases showed metastatic lesions in 39 cases, while 18 cases showed lesions in 56 lesions. MPR can accurately show the bone metastases and soft tissue-like tumor tissue; MIP can show the whole bone and the adjacent bone but not stereopsis; SSD and VRT multi-angle, three-dimensional display of bone metastases and the relationship with the surrounding anatomy, VRT showed metastasis Bone structure is better than SSD. Conclusion The comprehensive application of various post-processing techniques of 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of bone metastases in complex sites is superior to DR and conventional CT scan, and MPR plus VRT is the best. It can diagnose bone metastases comprehensively and accurately, The choice of clinical treatment programs and positioning design has a very important value.
