国有企业顺应社会形势进行了调整。企业的精神文明建设也提上了日程,其中思想政治工作和企业文化建设进行融合成为了核心任务,这也是时代发展的必然,对企业的稳定发展具有重要的推动意义。在此,文章阐述了思想政治工作和企业文化建设融合的必要性,分析了目前现状和存在的问题,提出融合措施,促进企业的长足发展。
State-owned enterprises adjusted to the social situation. The construction of spiritual civilization of enterprises has also been put on the agenda. The integration of ideological and political work with the building of enterprise culture has become a core task. This is also the inevitable development of the times and has an important impetus to the steady development of the enterprises. Here, the article expounds the necessity of the integration of ideological and political work and the construction of enterprise culture, analyzes the current status quo and existing problems, puts forward the integration measures to promote the rapid development of enterprises.
