本文介绍将炮管毛坯在水浸探伤中采集的超声信息,利用数字信号处理技术,滤去干扰,提取缺陷信号,根据超声探伤理论,确定其缺陷大小及位置,辨别缺陷种类,可将缺陷有关数据和缺陷图形在计算机上进行显示和打印。
In this paper, we introduce the ultrasonic information collected during the immersion testing of the barrel blank, and use digital signal processing technology to filter the interference and extract the defect signal. According to the ultrasonic flaw detection theory, the size and position of the defect can be determined and the type of defect can be identified. Data and defect graphics are displayed and printed on the computer.
