目的分析中医辨证施护应用于咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的临床效果。方法将我院收治的92例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为观察组和对照组2组,各46例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予常规护理,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予中医辨证施护,分析比较2组患儿的临床症状消失时间及临床护理效果。结果观察组喘息、呼吸困难、咳嗽、咳痰症状消失时间均明显短于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为97.82%,高于对照组的54.35%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证施护应用于咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,可有效缩短病程,明显缓解患儿临床症状,减少抗生素使用量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing on children with cough variant asthma. Methods 92 cases of cough variant asthma admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups (observation group and control group, 46 cases each). The control group was given routine nursing care based on routine treatment. The observation group was treated with syndrome differentiation and syndrome differentiation based on conventional treatment. The disappearance time of clinical symptoms and clinical nursing effect were compared between the two groups. Results The wheezing, dyspnea, disappearance of cough and sputum in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.82%, which was higher than that in the control group (54.35%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Syndrome Differentiation nursing applied to children with cough variant asthma can effectively shorten the course of disease, significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of children and reduce the amount of antibiotics, it is worth promoting the clinical application.
