采用小鼠肝癌腹水瘤细胞系Hca F2 5/CL 16A3,利用流式细胞术 (Flowcytometry ,FCM)研究了榄香烯对肿瘤细胞的作用、对Hca F2 5/CL 16A3细胞周期的影响、DNA含量的分析以诱导细胞凋亡。结果表明 :榄香烯可以明显抑制Hca F2 5/CL 16A3细胞的增殖 ,有效地杀伤肿瘤细胞 ;榄香烯对GO/G1期细胞无明显作用 ,主要作用于S期 ,阻止由S期进入G2 /M期 ,从而抑制肿瘤生长 ;可在GO/G1期前出现一个凋亡特异的AP峰。
The mouse liver cancer ascites tumor cell line Hca F2 5/CL 16A3 was used to investigate the effect of elemene on tumor cells, the influence on the cell cycle of Hca F2 5/CL 16A3, and DNA content by flow cytometry (FCM). The analysis was performed to induce apoptosis. The results showed that Elemene could significantly inhibit the proliferation of Hca F2 5/CL 16A3 cells and effectively kill the tumor cells; Elemene had no obvious effect on GO/G1 phase cells, mainly acting in S phase, preventing S phase from entering G2. In the M phase, tumor growth was inhibited; an apoptotic-specific AP peak appeared before the GO/G1 phase.
