通过涉农专业人才培养模式和教育教学体系的构建促进新疆农村经济与农氏转业、再就业,并以此推动新疆地方经济发展、解决新疆农村人口再就业,已经成为一个重要的战略问题。我们应借鉴国外高等农业职业教育的先进经验和理念,同时结合新疆地域条件的实际情况,不断加强工学结合、调整课程体系、完善和健全涉农专业人才资格认证制度、加强多元化职业教育体系,以培养出高素质的农业技能型人才,发展新疆现代农业信息技术。
