2014年,以习近平为总书记的党中央对我国经济发展做出了“新常态”的重大战略研判。经济的新常态实质上就是经济从高速发展逐渐步入高效率、低成本、可持续的中高速增长阶段,随之而来,中国的政治、文化也相继步入新常态。在这样一个大环境下,如何让企业基层党建工作适应和把握这种新常态,值得每个基层党建工作者深思。一、新常态下党建工作解读所谓新常态,就是经过一段不正常状态后重新恢复正常状态,事物的本质与规律贯穿在常态-非常态-新常

Interpretation of the Party Building in the New Normal The so-called new normal is the return to normal after a period of abnormal state. The essence and laws of things run through the normal-abnormal-new normal
