国际制冷学会于一九七九年九月二十三日至二十九日在意大利威尼斯市召开了第十五届国际制冷大会,这是国际制冷学会每四年举行一次的全体大会。参加会议的有四十二个会员国的代表,八个非会员国的个人会员,连同随行人员共计一千多人。中国制冷学会代表团十三人作为会员国的代表,首次参加了国际制冷大会。二十三日下午大会举行开幕式。从二十四日起分别进行全体大会的学术报告会和各专业委员会的分科学术报告会,共宣读了论文五百一十篇,还就一些共同关心的问题举行过五次圆桌讨论会。
The International Institute of Refrigeration held the 15th International Conference on Refrigeration in Venice, Italy, from September 23rd to 29th, 1979. This is a general meeting held every four years by the International Society of Refrigeration. The meeting was attended by representatives from 42 member countries, and individual members from eight non-member countries, together with the entourage, totaled more than 1,000 people. Thirteen delegates of the China Refrigeration Institute delegation attended the International Refrigeration Congress for the first time as a representative of member countries. The opening ceremony was held on the afternoon of the 23rd. Starting from the 24th of this year, the academic conference of the plenary session and the sub-scientific report meeting of the professional committees respectively read a total of 510 papers, and held five round-table discussions on issues of common concern.
