推行全面社会责任管理,能够改善本企业与员工及利益相关方的关系,增强员工的向心力、凝聚力,增强企业综合竞争力,提升企业的品牌形象及社会声誉。浙江省嘉善县供电局2009年被国家电网公司确定为全面社会责任管理首批试点单位,通过建立起完善的社会责任管理体系和3T实施体系,将社会责任管理融入供电局日常管理工作中,企业履责能力、管控能力和服务水平得以大幅提升,供电局实现了持续健康发展。
The implementation of a comprehensive social responsibility management can improve the relationship between the enterprise and employees and stakeholders, enhance the employees’ solidarity and cohesion, enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises, and enhance the corporate brand image and social reputation. Zhejiang Jiashan County Power Supply Bureau was identified by the State Grid Corporation in 2009 as the first batch of pilot units of comprehensive social responsibility management. Through the establishment of a sound social responsibility management system and 3T implementation system, social responsibility management is integrated into the daily management of the power supply bureau. Enterprises Accomplishing accountability, management control ability and service level have been greatly improved, and the power supply bureau has achieved sustained and healthy development.
