采用450℃热分解法制备了Ru-Zr二元涂层钛阳极材料。通过SEM、XRD和电化学测试研究了涂层的相结构、表面形貌、催化活性、析气选择性及强化寿命。结果表明,涂层由四方相ZrO2和金红石相RuO2组成,RuO2可稳定四方相ZrO2。添加Zr可以提高电极的电化学性能。当Zr含量为60%时涂层表面光滑,无RuO2颗粒析出,裂纹分布均匀,具有最好的电催化活性、析气选择性及最大的氧化电流和强化寿命。
The Ru-Zr binary coating titanium anode material was prepared by thermal decomposition at 450 ℃. The phase structure, surface morphology, catalytic activity, gas evolution selectivity and life expectancy of the coatings were investigated by SEM, XRD and electrochemical tests. The results show that the coating consists of tetragonal ZrO2 and rutile RuO2, and RuO2 can stabilize tetragonal ZrO2. Adding Zr can improve the electrochemical performance of the electrode. When the content of Zr is 60%, the surface of the coating is smooth and no RuO2 particles are precipitated. The crack distribution is uniform, and the electrocatalytic activity, selectivity of gas evolution, maximum oxidation current and life expectancy are obtained.
