目的了解遂昌县公共场所卫生状况,为提高公共场所卫生管理水平提供依据。方法根据卫生部《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》和《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》对美容美发、住宿、洗浴三类公共场所的室内空气和公共用品进行细菌学监督抽检。结果 5年共采样4 025份,合格3 864份,平均总合格率96.00%,2006-2010年合格率分别为91.33%、95.70%、96.24%、98.11%和98.52%。旅店业、美容美发业、洗浴业合格率分别为97.06%、95.02%和100.00%。结论随着卫生监督和监测力度的加大,公共场所卫生质量在持续提高,但仍存在一定问题,应进一步加强规范公共场所卫生管理。
Objective To understand the health status of public places in Suichang County and provide the basis for improving the health management level in public places. Methods The bacteriological supervision sampling was conducted on indoor air and public articles in three public places such as hairdressing, lodging and bathing according to the Ministry of Public Health’s “Technical Specifications for Health Monitoring in Public Places” and the “Testing Methods for Health Standards in Public Places”. Results A total of 4 025 samples were obtained in 5 years, 3 864 were accepted, with an average total passing rate of 96.00%. The pass rates in 2006 and 2010 were 91.33%, 95.70%, 96.24%, 98.11% and 98.52% respectively. Hotel industry, beauty salons, bathing pass rate was 97.06%, 95.02% and 100.00%. Conclusion With the increase of health supervision and monitoring, the health quality in public places continues to increase, but there are still some problems. Health management in public places should be further strengthened.
