血管瘤是儿童时期最常见的良性肿瘤,以皮肤及皮下组织占大多数。有些部位如头面部、四肢等如行手术切除常影响美观或者功能。目前皮质类固醇激素是体表血管瘤的常规用药。但是对部分血管瘤病例达不到理想的治疗效果。2013年6月至2014年6月,笔者采用曲安奈德局部注射联合半导体激光治疗婴幼儿体表血管瘤,取得满意效果,现报告如下。资料与方法1.临床资料婴幼儿体表血管瘤92例,男孩36例,女孩56例;年龄1个月至5岁。毛细血管瘤
Hemangiomas are the most common benign tumors in childhood, with the majority of skin and subcutaneous tissue. Some parts such as the head and face, limbs and other surgical resection often affect the appearance or function. Currently corticosteroids are the routine use of body surface hemangiomas. However, some cases of hemangiomas can not achieve the desired therapeutic effect. From June 2013 to June 2014, the author used triamcinolone acetonide local injection combined with semiconductor laser treatment of infantile hemangiomas, and achieved satisfactory results, the report is as follows.
