By typological analyses and group Comparison of pottery we put forward that the remains of XiaoLaha Ⅱ and Baijinbao Ⅰ (both sites were Located in ZhaoYuan County HeiLongJiang Province and were reported recently) represent a new archaeological Culture──Pre -Baijinbao culture Remains 。 This new culture, with the establisment of the following sepuence──Group A Remains of Xiaolaha Ⅰ, Angangxi Culture, Pre- Baijinbao Cult We Remains, Baijinbao Culture, HanShu Ⅱ Culture,fills the gap between the Neolithic Age and the Han Dynasty in the Songnen Plains
