对结构复杂的钛合金真空泵叶轮的铸造工艺进行了研究,讨论了该铸件采用机加工石墨型铸造的特点、设计原则和工艺方法等,铸造出符合图纸尺寸和技术要求的钛合金真空泵叶轮铸件。
The casting process of the titanium alloy vacuum pump impeller with complex structure is studied. The characteristics, design principle and process method of the graphite casting are discussed. The titanium alloy vacuum pump impeller castings which meet the requirements of drawing size and technical requirements are cast.
