本文创建了企业对外直接投资的三层次综合分析模型。模型综合最终目标、直接目标和影响因素3个层次探讨企业对外直接投资的一般性规律,能够逻辑一致地解释发达国家企业和发展中国家企业、生产型企业和服务型企业对外直接投资的原因、影响因素及选择依据。该模型有静态和动态两种形式,能够进行定量与定性相结合的分析。依据该模型,本文简略分析了企业在不同条件下的几种投资选择。
This article has created a three-level comprehensive analysis model of foreign direct investment in enterprises. Model general goal, direct goal and influencing factors, to discuss the general rules of FDI, to logically and consistently explain the reasons of outward FDI of enterprises in developed countries and those in developing countries, manufacturing enterprises and service-oriented enterprises, Influencing factors and selection basis. The model has two kinds of static and dynamic forms, which can combine quantitative and qualitative analysis. According to the model, this article briefly analyzes several kinds of investment choices of enterprises under different conditions.
