目的观察健脾益肺方辅助治疗哮喘缓解期肺脾气虚型患儿的临床疗效。方法将2012年7月至2016年4月于我院儿科收治的哮喘缓解期肺脾气虚型患儿随机分为对照组40例和治疗组42例,对照组给予布地奈德福莫特罗粉雾化吸入治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合健脾益肺方治疗,2组均治疗3月后统计疗效。结果治疗后2组哮喘发作情况均显著改善,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组IgA,IgG,IgM水平显著升高,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组IgA,IgG,IgM水平未见明显改善(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组CD_3~+,CD_4~+,CD_4~+/CD_8~+水平显著升高,与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组CD_3~+,CD_4~+,CD_4~+/CD_8~+水平未见明显改善(P>0.05)。对照组总有效率为75.00%,治疗组为92.86%,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾益肺方辅助治疗哮喘缓解期肺脾气虚型可显著改善患儿的发作次数,提高机体免疫力,疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Yifei Fang in the treatment of children with asthenia and lung-spleen Qi in remission period. Methods From July 2012 to April 2016 in our hospital pediatric patients with asthma remission type of lung and spleen qi deficiency were randomly divided into control group of 40 patients and treatment group of 42 patients in the control group were given budesonide formoterol powder Atomization inhalation treatment, the treatment group in the control group based on the treatment of combined spleen and yin lung treatment, two groups were treated for 3 months after the statistical effect. Results The incidence of asthma attacks in both groups were significantly improved after treatment. Compared with the same group before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), and the improvement in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of IgA, IgG and IgM in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), while the levels of IgA, IgG and IgM in the control group were not significantly improved (P> 0.05) . After treatment, the levels of CD_3 ~ +, CD_4 ~ + and CD_4 ~ + / CD_8 ~ + in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) ~ +, CD_4 ~ + / CD_8 ~ + levels no significant improvement (P> 0.05). The total effective rate was 75.00% in the control group and 92.86% in the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The adjuvant therapy of Jianpi Yifei Fang in the treatment of asthmatic remission type of lung, spleen and qi can significantly improve the frequency of children’s seizures and improve the immune system, with significant curative effect, which is worth popularizing and applying clinically.
