阴道异物比较少见,我院自1985～1989年11月份收治阴道异物患儿7例,年龄在1～11岁,平均年龄4.4岁。智力发育均正常。发生阴道异物后8小时至180天就诊。全部采用鼻窥镜检查,异物的种类有稻谷5例,纸片、纤维、药膏各1例,其中两例否认有异物进入史。发生阴道异物后表现为下腹痛4例,哭闹不安3例,阴道流血及分泌物有臭味各2例。
Vaginal foreign body is relatively rare, our hospital from November 1985 to November 1989, 7 cases of children with vaginal foreign body, aged 1 to 11 years old, with an average age of 4.4 years. Mental development are normal. After the occurrence of vaginal foreign body 8 hours to 180 days treatment. All using endoscopic examination, foreign body types are rice in 5 cases, paper, fiber, ointment in 1 case, of which two denied the foreign body into the history. After the occurrence of vaginal foreign body in 4 cases of lower abdominal pain, crying uneasy in 3 cases, vaginal bleeding and secretions stink in 2 cases.
