公路路基是路面的基础,其基本作用是承受由路面传递而来的荷载,确保路面强度与稳定性。路基是公路的一个重要组成部分,作为线形结构物,其位置和标高由公路线形设计所决定,并与公路的其他组成部分(如桥涵、路面及附属设施等)密切相关、相互制约。因此,路基设计是公路整体设计中的一个重要环节,既有其自身的特点和要求,也必须考虑到与之相关的工程需要。
Highway subgrade is the foundation of the pavement. Its basic function is to bear the load transmitted from the pavement and ensure the strength and stability of the pavement. Subgrade is an important part of the road. As a linear structure, its location and elevation are determined by the linear design of the highway and are closely related to and constrained by other components of the highway (such as bridges and culverts, pavement and ancillary facilities). Therefore, the design of subgrade is an important link in the overall design of the highway, which not only has its own characteristics and requirements, but also must take into account the related engineering needs.
