为评估固体充填开采采空区充填效果,提出以充实率作为技术衡量指标,并分析了影响充实率的关键因素。研究表明,顶板的提前下沉量、欠接顶量和充填物料的压缩变形量是决定充实率的三大关键因素,并据此优化了充填设备的结构及性能参数、改进了充填工艺、建立了充实率监控体系。该成果成功应用于平煤十二矿充填采煤工作面,采空区的实际充实率达到89.4%,实测地表最大下沉量仅15 mm,保证了地表建筑物的安全使用。
In order to evaluate the filling effect of gob in solid filling, the paper puts forward that the filling rate should be used as a technical measure, and the key factors affecting the filling rate should be analyzed.
