目的 探究中药配合培菲康治疗慢性肠功能紊乱的临床疗效.方法 将100例慢性肠功能紊乱患者分为对照组和联合组,前者服用培菲康进行肠功能调理;联合组联合服用培菲康和中药汤剂

目的 探究中药配合培菲康治疗慢性肠功能紊乱的临床疗效.方法 将100例慢性肠功能紊乱患者分为对照组和联合组,前者服用培菲康进行肠功能调理;联合组联合服用培菲康和中药汤剂.对比两组主要中医症状和总体临床效果.结果 治疗4周后,联合组早饱、腹胀、上腹灼热、疼痛、嗳气和口干口苦方面评分明显降低,且低于对照组(P<0.05),总体临床效果明显强于对照组(P<0.01).结论 中药配合培菲康治疗慢性肠功能紊乱疗效确切,可促进患者中医症状缓解消退,改善患者生活质量.
