目的:研究菊科植物准噶尔橐吾的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶和制备薄层方法进行分离纯化,运用核磁、红外和质谱等技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:从准噶尔橐吾95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为:苯并呋喃艾里莫芬-2-烯(1)、6-当归酰氧基-1,10-环氧-euryopsin(2)、2-hydroxyplatyphyllide(3)、艾里莫芬-1β-羟基-6,9-二烯-8-羰基-11-降-11-酮(4)、2-异丙烯基-6-乙酰氧基-8-甲氧基-13-苯并二噁英-4-酮(5)、艾里莫芬-1β-羟基-6,9-二烯-8-羰基-11-降-11-羟基(6)、isopetasin(7)、艾里莫芬-6β,10α-二羟基-1-羰基-7(11),8(9)-二烯-8,12-内酯(8)、艾里莫芬-10α-羟基-1-羰基-7(11),8(9)-二烯-8,12-内酯(9)、呋喃艾里莫芬-6β-当归酰氧基-1β,10β-环氧-9-羰基(10)。结论:其中,化合物2~9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Compositae Zungal 橐 Wu. Methods: Silica gel and preparative TLC were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR, IR and MS. Results: Ten compounds were isolated and identified from the 95% ethanol extract of Radix Angelicae Sinensis: benzofuran alimorphan-2-ene (1), 6- angeloyloxy-1,10-epoxy -euryopsin (2), 2-hydroxyplatyphyllide (3), alimorpfen-1β-hydroxy-6,9-diene-8-carbonyl-11-nor- Acetoxy-8-methoxy-13-benzodioxan-4-one (5), aloe-amorphine-1β-hydroxy-6,9-diene-8-carbonyl- (9) -dien-8,12-lactone (8), 11-hydroxy (6), isopetasin ), Alimorpfen-10α-hydroxy-1-carbonyl-7 (11), 8 (9) -diene-8,12- -1β, 10β-epoxy-9-carbonyl (10). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 2 to 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
