近几年来,山东省沿黄地区积极探索盐碱涝洼地农业综合开发的新路子,创出了“上粮下渔”综合开发模式,取得了显著成效。为促进农业和农村经济持续快速健康发展,近日,山东省政府要求进一步加快全省沿黄地区“上粮下渔”综合开发。 目前,山东省适宜于“上粮下渔”模式开发的盐碱涝洼地约有1000多万亩,主要集中在沿黄10个市地的70多个县(市、区)。实践证明,“上粮下渔”综合开发投资少、风险小、见效快、效益高,不仅可以成功地改造盐碱涝洼地,调蓄黄河水资源,而且可以获得较高
In recent years, the coastal areas along the Yellow River in Shandong Province have actively explored new ways of comprehensive agricultural development in salinity-alkaline water depressions and created a comprehensive development model of “feeding under grain and fishing” and achieved remarkable results.
